A safe place to heal.

In the entire country, there are very few beds dedicated to minors who are victims of human trafficking. That's a very sad reality. We are fighting to change that,

because these young people are in constant and imminent danger.

GOAL #1

To No Longer Say Good-Bye at 9 pm.

Our number one goal is to raise funds to be able to increase the open hours our existing drop-in facility, The Harbour - Albuquerque 24/7. Right now the facility is open until 9 pm.

And to have to say goodbye to dozens of at-risk kids every day at 9 pm when we know that they will have to spend the night where predators await and they have no one to lean on, is heartbreaking.

With these funds, we will be able to keep the doors of our drop-in facility open 24/7 providing warm meals, hot showers, clean clothes, and above all a safe place where they can finally put their guard down, hangout, and access help and support.

FUNDRAISING GOAL: $250K

GOAL #2

A Place to Call Home.

Human Trafficking is a multi-billion dollar industry. Children are a high-value target in this industry.

Kids that are a victim of human trafficking are in danger and need not only help to heal but also safety.

The Lighthouse project has a goal to build a home for these children and teens, away from the city center which is a dangerous area for them. A place that they can call home and where they can receive all the assistance they need to heal their bodies and their minds from all the traumatic events they have survived.

These kids often can't successfully be placed in a foster home due to the danger to them and their foster families. Additionally, authorities trying to help have difficulty finding where to place them due to the lack of beds available for victims of human trafficking across the country.

FUNDRAISING GOAL: $950k
